We encourage all attendees to stay in the conference hotel for your convenience, networking opportunities, and ease of attending the presentations, Technology Showcase, and our student poster session. How to Book:

• By Phone: Call 1-877-408-9661 and mention the group code "Waterborne, LLC" to secure your rate.

• Online: Click HERE to book your room at the discounted rate.

Important Booking Details:

• Rooms fill up quickly during Mardi Gras season—book early to guarantee your spot!

• Reservation Deadline: All reservations must be made by January 22, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST. After this date, discounted rates and room availability cannot be guaranteed.

• Extended Stay: Discounted rates are available three days before and after the symposium dates, subject to availability.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM

Rates and Taxes:

• Room rates are exclusive of state and local taxes (currently 16.20%) and a $2.00 per night occupancy tax. Taxes are subject to change.

Additional Information:

• No-Show Policy: One night’s room and tax will be charged if you do not arrive for a confirmed reservation.

• Early Departure Fee: If you check out before your scheduled departure date, a fee of one night’s room and tax will apply. To avoid this fee, please notify the hotel of any changes at or before check-in.
