Tara holds a bachelor’s degree from Lebanon Valley College and a M.Eng degree from Lehigh University. She began her career at Air Products Polymer LLC in 1998 as a laboratory technician. In 2003, she accepted a Technical Service Chemist role at Hercules, Inc. During her time at Hercules Inc, now Ashland Chemical Company, she worked on both Technical Service and Product Development rheology modifier projects. In 2011, she joined the Dow Coatings Materials division as a Technical Service Chemist supporting rheology modifier and dispersant product lines. In 2013 became the Technical Sales manager leading the team that supports rheology modifiers and dispersants.
