My general chemistry teacher Dr. Broome and the graduate student that I work under, Tamuka Chidanguro.

What are your plans for next year and beyond?

I plan to complete  my bachelor’s degree and then continue on to my doctorate degree. I also plan to  participate in the Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) program during the next summer semester.

What was on of your greatest challenges while attending USM?

One of my greatest challenges while attending USM occurred in my latest semester. I was taking 3 different labs along with taking 3 extremely difficult classes. It was a great challenge to juggle between my class work and work in the  lab, to keep up my grades and complete all the work while trying to stay healthy.
